With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to enhance their global HR strategy and talent development initiatives.Role Overview:Are you a dynamic HR / Talent leader with a proven track record in large, complex, high-paced environments? Our client has retained B-People to find a brilliant Global People Strategy & Talent Development Leader to drive their HR strategies, operations and talent management across international operations. This role requires someone with a robust operational HR background and a passion for strategic talent development. This position directly manages a small team and also provides broader facilitative leadership.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals, focusing on talent management and people development.Operational Management: Working as a "deputy" to the VPHR. Oversee global HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and operational effectiveness.Talent Development: Design and execute innovative talent management strategies that support organizational growth and employee development.Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain impactful relationships with key stakeholders and executives to drive HR initiatives.Innovation: Apply best practices in HR, leveraging industry insights to create and implement cutting-edge HR solutions.Key Requirements:Experience: Extensive experience in HR within a complex, high-industrial setting or similar NDA business.
