About the JobThe Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure the efficient operation of the organization, aligning day-to-day activities with strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We require a team member who thrives in a dynamic environment. As there is no fixed office location, the ideal candidate must be prepared to travel 3 to 4 days a week, including international journeys. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and ExecutionAssist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide updates to the executive team. Executive SupportServe as a key advisor to the CEO and executive teamBe a facilitator between the CEO and his direct reportsPrepare and manage executive communications, including presentations, reports, and speeches.Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.Synthesize complex, strategic or technical subjects and produce presentations that are rigorous, visual and fast. Be able to present these topics orally and be comfortable writing. Project ManagementLead and oversee special projects and initiatives from inception to completion.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Operational EfficiencyIdentify opportunities for operational improvements and implement processes to increase efficiency.Manage the daily operations of the executive office, including administrative support and office management.Ability to work on a large number of subjects in parallel, with short deadlines and a high level of organization, planning and prioritization. Be flexible in the nature of the tasks assigned and know how to take the initiative when necessary. Stakeholder ManagementAct as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, and partners.Ensure cultural sensitivity and awareness in all communications and interactions.Assist in developing and implementing strategies to effectively engage with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds. Team Leadership and DevelopmentMentor and support the professional development of team members.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in

- international consulting firms - corporate finance banks and firms - corporate teams working specifically on Strategy, M&A, Corporate Finance, Restructuring,

PMO corporate teamsTools: Advanced knowledge of Power Point and ExcelLanguage: highly proficient in spoken and written English and French. Knowledge of additional European languages also appreciated

SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proven ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
