CryptoNext Security is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Manager / Responsable du recrutement to join the team and take in charge the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in our organization, responsible for attracting and selecting top talent across multiple domains. Your expertise will extend beyond technical roles in post-quantum cryptography to include positions in marketing, sales, professional services, and more. You’ll collaborate with department heads, understand their unique requirements, and build a cohesive team that drives our company’s success.Principal duties and responsibilitiesTalent acquisition:Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs across the organization.Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to each department’s needs..Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.Maintain a talent pipeline for various functions, including cybersecurity, marketing, sales, and professional services.Candidate experience:Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.Communicate effectively, provide timely feedback, and address candidate inquiries.OnBoarding and integration:Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires across departments.Coordinate with HR, IT, and relevant teams to ensure a seamless transition.Market insights and expertise in CryptoNext Security fieldStay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent.Enhance your technical expertise to understand CryptoNext's technical needs and evaluate technical candidates at an entry level.Knowledge, skills, abilities, degreeEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.G., Human Resources, Business Administration).ExperienceProven track record as a hiring manager or recruiter.Familiarity with both technical and non-technical recruitment.Ability to assess candidates’ fit for diverse roles.SkillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Languages: excellent French & English communication both oral & writing skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.Passion for building a diverse and high-performing team that contributes to our company’s growth.Terms of employmentBased in Paris, hybrid.Full time positionCDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée), under French Law.Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
