You will be working closely with the local operations, the EMEA and Global P&C team, and our external payroll providers.About The PositionAs the People & Culture Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for our employees supporting the local leaders with People & Culture matters and being fully in charge of end-to-end employment. We have a production site in Cosse and an office in Montpellier.In more detail, you will:Answer employee inquiries and create a positive employee experienceProvide high-quality on- and off-boarding for all employeesAdministrate employee documentation, e.G. employment contracts, leave, and addendumsBe part of handling and negotiating union agreementsMaintain employee dataEnsure compliance in all processesBe responsible for running payroll in collaboration with providersBe part of consistently improving processes and policiesWho are you? We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable P&C Business Partner who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a lot of challenging and interesting tasks.
