He/she is leading the corrugated board categories.As a part of the France Procurement team, you will work across Lactalis's different business divisions.Directly reporting to the France Purchasing Director, this is a challenging, highly dynamic and visible role that will see you leading key strategic projects to optimize the quality, service, costs, innovation and cash performance of your perimeter.Your MISSION & CHALLENGES :As a senior sourcing buyer you will:Build and execute the sourcing strategies. Lead the transformation projects of the categoriesGain and build expertise on your categories market analysis, spend analysis, internal needs, TCO, cost-in-use, cost modelsEnsure compliance with CSR objectives by co-managing packaging development projects in close collaboration with the packaging R&D department, the Marketing teams and the Division’s factories.Lead a functional network of 12 local buyersAccountability for supplier selection & development : maintain and develop relationships with panel suppliers, negotiate agreements, manage their performance with a cross-functional processIdentify and leverage of supplier capabilities in long-term development processes, bringing major competitive advantagesAnalyze supply risks to define and deploy major priorities for packaging securityAccountability for the purchasing budget, manage risks and opportunities to the budget to support Lactalis rapid growthThis position requires frequent travels abroad (20% of the time).WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US ? 5 years' experience minimum in procurement, commodities and/or industrial expertise in an international environmentExcellent communicator with leadership potential - Strategic vision.Natural connector - able to build a network to support business goalsAble to set priorities, to take some distance, and be pragmaticTenacity, with strong adaptation and relationship capabilities to gain credibility and create an efficient network within BUs and suppliersProfessional sourcing experience or / and education background that provides relevant knowledge within purchasing areaSomeone who is oriented to deliver value in this categorieAble to align strategy and stakeholders around identified and new business opportunitiesPositive, humility, adaptation and openess to feedbackFluent in frenchWHAT'S NEXT ?
