Chambery, Auvergne-Rhones-Alpes – French and English Speaking50% on site working to start, to be reduced over timeStart Date : 07/10/2024Initial Contract : 6-MonthsTJM : 500-800€ Customer Details Our customer is a growing power in the Renewable Energy Business, they work with their clients to reduce their energy usage and become more environmentally friendly, they have a start up mentality but are growing at a rapid rate!Due to growth within the company and ambitious growth plans, the company is looking to add an experienced Program Manager to the team to help outline Governance, Resource Planning and Methodology to share amongst the business.It’s a great place to work, offers a lot of flexibility and the chance to be at the front leading high-scale changes in the business rather than working in a big organisation where the work is assigned to you, they want someone who can be proactive and suggest changes to their business.Glocomms have worked closely with the customer for the last 18-Months and we have a number of consultants working on their projects at the moment. Job Details IT Program Manager The Primary Responsibilities will include, defining strategy across the business, working with the Director of Cyber Security to assist with Project Roadmap, Resource Planning, Budget Tracking, Presenting to Board Level Stakeholders, Continuous Improvement across the business, becoming more Agile and helping to shift their practises over to Jira to allow them to track their data in a much more efficient way as they prepare for some ambitious AI plans.No major technical background is required but they need someone with experience using Jira and Confluence. Equally if you have worked within a Cyber Security department in the past it will be a great asset.Working in the Cyber Security department currently is 8-10 people and they are looking to grow, hence the need for a Program Manager.The team are mostly French speakers, but they do have International Colleagues meaning that from time to time English will be required.No specific certifications are required but any relevant Project Management (Prince 2), Agile or Jira certifications will certainly go a long way in supporting your application.Get in Touchjames.evans@glocomms.com+44 203 758 8905
