Working at Graham means you lead constructively with clear goals, use diverse thinking to drive excellence, accountability, innovation, as well as demonstrating collaboration, embracing learning, and taking action for continuous improvement and growth.Reporting to the Regional Operations’ Director, the Regional Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Engineer is responsible for the implementation of Our One Graham approach to Health, Safety, Environment for the European Operations.He/she will develop a high performing Health & Safety organization focused on a ZERO accident and full Health & Safety culture within the regional Plants, working hand in hand with the Global Vice President of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety. He/she will assist the Regional OPS team in identifying impacts of business changes to EHS, identification of successful business tools and applications, tracking and measuring success to promote value added services to the organization.Main tasks and responsibilitiesHealth & Safety/Environment programs: Support efforts to continuously improve Health & Safety results with the goal of achieving ZERO accidents and promoting a strong Safety Culture.Assist in the application of current tools and the implementation of new ones to enhance Health & Safety practices.Aid site management in executing Environmental, Health & Safety priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements [Graham Operating System (GOS].Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with EHS regulatory requirements.Keep management informed of EHS progress and significant developments on key site projects.Work with Corp EHS to ensure all environmental compliance obligations are met [recordkeeping, samples, permits and reports]Work with Corp EHS to ensure all projects undergo our Project Environmental Safety & Health Reviews [PESHR]Work with Corp EHS to ensure all Loss Prevention Recommendations from Global Risk Consultants [GRC] have been reviewed and actions assigned.Work with Corp EHS on all Industrial Hygiene (IH) related projects [air, noise, ergonomic, etc.]Work with Corp EHS to ensure full integration of our Contractor Management Program with ISN across all European Operations.Assist in evaluating facility EHS conditions, identifying risks, and developing corrective-action plans.Assist with investigations and responses to incidents and government requests.Support training programs to enhance EHS technical and leadership skills.Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in all job duties.Support environmental compliance and audit/control activities.Contribute to Sustainability Program initiatives, including EHS KPIs and Zero Net Waste initiatives.Health, Safety & Environment, Corporate Initiatives – Policies:Collaborate closely with the Global Vice President of Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety to implement our OneGraham safety programs within the region and assist with key improvement initiatives.Analyze and communicate site EHS performance, providing feedback and tracking actions to improve performance.Support Plants and business leaders in driving Health & Safety and Environment improvements through established standards and processes.Assist regional leadership in driving local Health & Safety, Environment, programs across all business functions.Minimum job specifications and requirements Education: Higher education degree in Safety / Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing related Experience in a structured problem solving and continuous improvement mindset workplace. Right methodology on Safety risks assessmentsExperience:

3 to 5 years’ experience minimum Language: Fluent English is a prerequisite;
