We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to join our dynamic EMEA team based in Bouc Bel Air. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees, ensuring a seamless relocation experience.You will act as the main point of contact for assignees, providing expert advice, managing third-party service providers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full relocation lifecycle for assigned clients, ensuring all aspects of the relocation process are handled efficiently and professionally.Act as the main point of contact for assignees, providing a single point of coordination for all relocation-related activities.Provide comprehensive guidance on relocation processes, policies, and procedures to transferees, ensuring they understand each step of their relocation.Offer expert advice and solutions for any issues or challenges that arise during the relocation process.Communicate effectively with senior management, keeping them informed of any changes, updates, or issues related to relocations.Liaise with third-party service providers and partners, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.Ensure a positive and smooth relocation experience for assignees and their families by delivering high-quality service and support.Address and resolve any concerns or issues promptly, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications and Experience:A minimum of 2 years experience in Global Mobility, Relocation, or International Assignment management.Proven track record of managing complex international relocation processes.Skills:Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to empathize and understand the needs of assignees.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Fluency in both English and French is essential.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
