Job Description:360° management of a portfolio of national and/or regional key accounts for TCL White GoodsWithin general framework of MDA division’s commercial policy:Set-up, negotiate and deploy business agreements with his/her Key Accounts (pricing, yearly bonus agreements, communication, trade marketing plans etc.)Establish long-term relationships with customers, at national and regional levels, to generate sustainable business valueAchieve business targets, and follow-up of the business KPIs (Revenue, profit, product mix)Provide sales director and country manager with a consistent forecasting, in a timely mannerDay to day management of the orderbook in close collaboration with Sales Admin, Accounting and Planning teamsRegular reporting &benchmarking (competitors and market environment in general), supplemented by action plans proposalsCommunicate regularly about the KA portfolio’s field priorities to the merchandising team, and more generally to internal business partnersCandidate profile:Higher education level (Bachelor/Master)At least 3 years KAM experience (white goods)Proven ability to deliver resultsAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyAdaptability, Curiosity, Open-mindednessExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English and FrenchComfortable with office tools and processesLocation : Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
