It combines scientific expertise and industrial vision, and we make sure it has no borders: 40% of our team has an international background.Currently in the industrialisation phase, we are preparing the production tools to deploy our technology on a large scale at a fast pace as of 2024.If you are curious, ambitious, and enjoy working with others on projects at the heart of innovation and fight against climate change, this is probably the job for you!As our Head of Product, you will be responsible for transforming our disruptive osmotic generator Prototypes into scalable and optimized Products through following subjects and actions :Product Vision: Define and communicate the Product vision outlining the purpose, target performances and requirements of the INOD® osmotic generator, in collaboration with the Senior Management and the Head of Business Development.Product Roadmap: Gather and prioritize customer requirements and establish roadmaps for regular Product releases and updates, ensuring continuous innovation and enhancement of the INOD® osmotic generator. Define and execute Project Management, including objectives, resources, timelines and milestones identification, to ensure timely delivery of fully functional Products. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.Product Development: Collaborate with our Research Team to define and prioritize technology development and improvement needs. Manage external engineering and material experts and define technical specifications for outsourced parts and components.Product Cost Management: Build and drive the product cost trajectory, together with Industrialization Team and Finance Department, in line with the business plan of the company.Product Manufacturing: Implement Design-to-Manufacturing methods to allow the Assembly Team to deliver a fully integrated assembly line. Deliver complete Product documents to Production Team and Sourcing Department, to allow Production launch, including parts drawings, bill of materials (BOM), engineering change notice, standard operation procedures.Analytics and data management: Monitor Product metrics (from lab tests and in-situ operations), leverage collected data to build models and digital twins capable of exploring new operational setpoints and use cases.Quality and Product Testing: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards and processes to ensure that our osmotic generator meets regulatory requirements and lifetime expectations,through FMECA methodology (AMDEC). Implement robust testing protocols to validate product performance and reliability.Technical Expertise: Leverage your expertise in mechanical engineering, fluid mechanics, chemistry, and electrical engineering to provide technical leadership and direction throughout the product development lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges and optimize design solutions.Team Leadership and Management: Lead, build and mentor a diverse team of technicians, engineers, and scientists, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.Graduated from a master’s degree in engineering or related technical field, you have the right qualifications for the job : -

Proven track record of leadership in Product Development, preferably in the renewable energy, biotech or cleantech sector. -

Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, fluid mechanics, chemistry, and mechanical engineering. -

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects from concept to commercialization. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. -

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. -

Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and sustainability. -
