Led by an entrepreneurial leadership team that prioritizes execution, outcomes, and continuous learning, Accion Labs has been recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s fastest-growing companies by the Pittsburgh Business Times and as a leader in innovation by Smart Business Magazine.The Role You will be responsible for : Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.Gathering and evaluating user feedback.Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.Ideal ProfileExperience in managing geo distributed highly available production services   Familiarity with data center operations   Hands on with Prometheus/InfluxDB, Grafana, OpsGenie   Experience in writing and executing runbooks  Experience working with Production support - Mandatory   Should have experience in working with Global teams(24*7) - Mandatory   Familiarity with Incident management and response process (SLA, SLO, SLI) - Mandatory Nice to have   Automaton and scripting Experience (Python/Shell)   Network troubleshooting   Performance tuningStrong experience with : Linux, Ansible, CI/CD, Python or Shell, KubernetesInfrastructure, Monitoring & DebuggingStrong hands on Linux Administration experience (3+ years).Strong monitoring, debugging, troubleshooting skillsWhat's on Offer?
