Become a Senior International Talent Acquisition Specialist at Efor and be part of our global success! You will join the Internal Development Department and be responsible for recruiting Structural teams (Business Managers, Recruiters, Executives) for our international offices.Your Missions :Develop direct approach strategies as a "Head Hunter" for our overseas offices.Be responsible for the recruitment process, from the initial contact to the signing of the contract.Serve as the primary contact for the group's international executives to highlight and track candidates, as well as to implement the recruitment strategy.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and retain talent.Participate in the creation and development of an international division within the department.Desired Profile :Graduated with a Master's degree (BAC+5), with a strong interest in headhunting and business strategy.At least 4 years of experience in headhunting for business and executive roles.International mindset and bilingual in English are mandatory.Dynamic, persistent, and with a strong business acumen.Excellent communicator and team player.Why Efor ?
