Talent Acquisition Manager - ParisWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will drive and execute our client's recruitment strategy. You will be directly reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a great opportunity to design and build a talent acquisition plan. Our client is developing its activity in France, the US and the UK.Main MissionsDevelop and implement a cohesive talent acquisition strategyDesign and run employer branding and recruitment marketing strategyManage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closingOptimize the ATS system (Lever)Partner with team leaders to understand their current and future hiring needs and advise on the best approach, timing, and strategy as well as on the softer elements of team compositionEstablish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, schools, and professional associations to create a robust candidate pipelineUse data and metrics to improve recruitment performanceManage the recruitment budgetIdeal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree3+ years experience in talent acquisition with experience across all main missionsExcellent project management skills in high-growth start-up or scale-up environmentsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated psychological acumen with a track record of identifying growth potential in candidatesTrack record of applying creativity and innovation in talent acquisition projectsProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate management systemsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisionsFluent in English & French with impeccable written and verbal skills
