Our work aligns seamlessly with the principles of Industry 4.0, where automation, data exchange, and smart manufacturing converge.What You’ll Do:Payroll Management: Enter payroll variables, ensure accuracy and compliance for non-routine individual events (e.G., long-term illness, termination, maternity, contract suspension), and correct any anomalies.Employee Administration: Oversee the administration and management of individual employee files from entry to exit.Employee Support: Inform and respond to employee inquiries regarding their individual files and payroll issues.Liaison with Social Organizations: Act as the point of contact for social organizations (CPAM, mutual insurance, retirement).Manager Support: Assist managers with the administrative management of their teams (paid leave, time management, payroll).Salary Simulations: Develop salary mass simulation requests, manage work cycles, and assess their impact on activities.Legal Compliance: Ensure the production of legal documents (personnel register, OETH declaration, Gender Equality Index, social report).Collaboration with Accounting: Work closely with the accounting department on monthly payroll statements, initiate transfers, and monitor DSN production and monthly/annual declarations to social organizations.HRIS Management: Configure the HRIS for new organizations, remuneration elements, users, and work cycles.Issue Resolution: Identify and address malfunctions, incidents, and non-compliance, liaise with the HRIS provider and external payroll teams, and propose solutions.Project Participation: Contribute to the implementation, deployment, and optimization of the HRIS.User Assistance: Provide support to HRIS users.Data Quality Improvement: Identify inconsistencies in HRIS data and coordinate updates.HR Reporting: Develop HR service dashboards, extract data through queries, monitor monthly HR indicators, and update monthly HR/Finance reporting.Process Implementation: Implement, communicate, and enforce HR processes, and update the company’s payroll regulations.Specific Skills AppliedFluent in English & FrenchProficiency in SIRH sera ADPAdvanced payroll and time management skills.Knowledge of labor law and its operational applications.Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.Experience with HR information systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.Why Should You Apply?
