These technologies cover a wide range of applications from medicine, health, petrochemistry, food and beverage, to materials and organic chemistry.Thanks to constant innovation over the past few years associated with massive investments in R&D, we have been able to competitively manufacture at small/medium scale a wide range of catalog or custom-made chemical grade labeled compounds with stable isotopes.Innovation in chemistry, in technology and in biotechnology, in-house capability at Les Ulis, France, worldwide collaborations with-leading institutions, excellent, passionate and creative team has brought the entire company to an advanced level of recognition within all kind of industries.We are now taking a step forward with few molecules for preclinical and clinical applications, and with several highly valuable precursors at few tons scaleWe are now looking for our Head of Production.TEAMWith about 20+ employees at our site at Les Ulis, half of which are researchers holding a PhD, you are joining the company at the perfect time as we are looking to quickly expand our team in the next few years, including setting-up the entire Production and Process Development team.We also have small teams in our offices in New York, USA and in Bangkok, Thailand you will interact with as we scale up.YOUR ROLE TO PLAYAs the head of Production, you will oversee various projects, from the routine production of catalog products to the development of methods and SOPs for preclinical and clinical compounds and to the upscaling (Few tons scale) several molecules whose syntheses have been previously established and optimized at a chemical grade and small-scale by our R&D team and the large scale by our process development team. In this context you will be required to recruit, train, and manage your Production team and to collaborate closely with our existing R&D team and process development team.WHAT ARE YOUR MISSIONS? To contribute to the choice of the molecules manufactured, production planning and budget.To keep improving the production processes by implementing innovative concepts.To set-up SOP and quality control procedures.To Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and environmental standards within production facilities (HSE).To manage and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.To develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.To participate to cost-efficient processes to manufacture at pilot then industrial scale (annual production from kg to a few tons) of labeled molecules whose small-scale synthesis were established by our R&D team and whose large scale synthesis were established by our process development team.To be in close collaboration with the R&D and process development team to discuss and anticipate the production of future molecules.To hire your team, motivate and manage it, including round-the-clock planning if necessary.To actively participate to the design, configuration, and implementation of our new ERP production module.You report directly to the CEO.WHO ARE YOU? YOUR PROFILEYou have a master’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.Proven track record of successfully transitioning from R&D to full-scale production in the chemical industry.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.You have 5-10+ years of experience in industrial production and process development.YOUR PERSONNALITYTeam leader: you mentor your team and colleagues and lead by example, always hands-on and ready to support, considering success as a collective achievement.Entrepreneurial mindset: you are not afraid of taking responsibility and getting your hands dirty to solve problems.
