They are currently seeking a Project Manager for a minimum 6-month contract. If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply below ⬇️✅Responsibilities:Lead and execute the qualification project for analytical equipment (e.G., mass spectrophotometers, electron microscopes, temperature-controlled chambers, turbidity meters, centrifuges, endotoxin analyzers, etc.) within a managed technical assistance framework.Oversee and manage the team of consultants involved in the QC equipment qualification project.Participate in the recruitment process for project resources.Represent the Structured Projects Department during project implementation at the client's site.Coordinate and manage the delivery of the QC equipment qualification project, ensuring alignment with managed technical assistance guidelines.Supervise and mentor consulting teams.Ensure adherence to cost, quality, and deadline commitments.Organize and lead follow-up meetings with the client, tracking KPIs.Facilitate communication and involvement of various stakeholders.Communicate and promote project successes and best practices.Participate in recruitment interviews and candidate selection.Onboard and train new recruits for the project.Required Skills and Experience: Comprehensive project management across all phases and stages.Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., MS Project).Strong communication and leadership abilities.In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and qualification requirements.Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.Strong customer focus and results orientation.Knowledge of financial project management is desirable.Key attributes: Leadership, Autonomy, Dynamism, Resilience, Problem-solving, Listening, Negotiation, Exemplarity, Organization, Communication, Initiative, Team Spirit.Minimum of 5 years in project management, consulting, or the healthcare industry.2-3 years of hands-on experience in the qualification and validation of laboratory equipment, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocol drafting and execution.Expertise in QC and technical knowledge of analytical equipment.Proficiency in professional English is essential.Bac +5 (Engineering degree or equivalent in project management).Note: Eligibility to work in the EU is requiredIf you wish to be considered for this role, please apply below using the Easy Apply with a copy of your updated resume and your contact number.
