Construction Quality

Vestas Construction Quality is an integral part of the Vestas Quality and Construction team and brings a business partner perspective. It is focused on avoiding recurrence and standardization for a sustainable business transformation. The department will combine technical knowledge with people, process, and organizational skills to deliver Quality and continuous business improvements. This department reports directly to Vestas Quality and functionally to Global Construction in a matrix organization. Responsibilities:Quality:Engage with the Product and Module Lifecycle Quality Forum and with the Construction Quality team. Effectively communicate.Will cooperate to define and coordinate the Quality Assurance approach across Quality Construction RegionsWill statistically monitor QC readiness & performanceWill statistically monitor suppliers' readiness & performanceWill ensure the root cause investigation and improvement and closure of prioritized NCRs and systematic issuesSafety:Direct the expectation and culture of zero workplace injuries through supporting behavior-based safety, prompt root cause investigation, and management system compliance.QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience in the Business, Data, or Engineering fieldLeadership and people management skills.Strong cooperation and communication skills; Demonstrated Lean / Continuous improvement skills.Fluent in EnglishComfortable working at a heightBudget and Finance acuityCertified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 standardSAP KnowledgeCompetenciesStakeholder Management and effective communication. Customer Quality engagement & partnership managementExperience in supporting and influencing cross-functional leaders in a large, multinational organization;

Communicate as contact person to global Quality in Construction Function and other Heads of Quality Construction in the regions; Guide the teams.
