Location: Gustavia, Saint BarthelemyJob Summary: As the Store Manager for our luxury fashion and accessories brand franchise, you will lead the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience. Your role will involve driving sales performance, cultivating a motivated and high-performing team, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury. You will be entrusted with upholding the brand’s prestigious values, ensuring that every aspect of the store reflects the Maison's identity and aligns with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Store Operations:Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines and ensure the store represents the luxury image of Luxury fashion & accessories brand.Sales & Customer Service:Drive sales targets and KPIs by implementing effective sales strategies.Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a luxury shopping experience.Handle VIP clients and build long-term customer relationships.Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and customer service.Monitor staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain high standards.Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.Financial Management:Manage store budgets, including expenses, payroll, and inventory control.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.Marketing & Brand Promotion:Implement in-store promotions and events in line with the brand’s marketing strategies.Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure brand consistency.Engage with local communities and partners to increase brand awareness.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze sales data, and make strategic decisions.Deep understanding of luxury customer service standards.Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with luxury brands, especially in the fashion industry.Knowledge of Luxury fashion & accessories brand’s products, history, and brand philosophy.Multilingual skills, especially in languages spoken by your customer base.Work Environment:This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.Compensation:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, employee discounts, and benefits.
