With a rapidly expanding presence in Spain and key international markets such as the USA, UK, France, Italy, Poland, Germany and Mexico, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Developer to join our dynamic team in France.Position: Wind Project ManagerLocation: OccitanieAbout the Role:As a Project Developer you will mainly be responsible for carrying out the land identification and contract negotiation with landowners for Wind renewable energy projects.Responsibilities:Conduct the land identification process and negotiate the purchase/rent contracts with landowners.Support and follow up the project management of our Portafolio.Increase our projects portfolio of Wind power plants through land acquisitionCoordinate and support along all internal departments involved.Manage and oversee the different phases of the development of the projects.Requirements:Graduate or Postgraduate in technical/scientific studies.
