Born from the spirit of adventure, COYA celebrates Latin American culture through delicious food, innovative cocktails, music, art and incredible parties.The cuisine is mainly Peruvian with some Japanese, Chinese and Spanish influences and signature dishes include ceviche, tiraditos and anticuchos from the robata grill.Position OverviewThe restaurant in Paris is looking for Junior Sous Chef to direct and support the head chef oversee the Kitchen department ensuring all dishes are prepared and served to specific ingredients, preparation and presentation.
