Learning is an essential component of Nexans’ strategy and value as an employer. The Learning Solutions Team defines standards, leads processes and builds programs that foster a learning culture within Nexans. We seek Learning Solutions Apprentice to support our central team by participating in the following missions: Digital Learning Management System (LMS) administration & reporting Instructional Design Marketing and communications of learning offers Department project management As part of the Learning Solutions Team you will be in charge of : Digital Learning Platform Administration & Reporting Provide support to our main LMS administrator in the maintenance and update of our LMS catalog and technical support to digital learning leads in the business; Export data from our LMS and import into Power BI for visualization and analysis by business units; Analyze training program performance data from our LMS systems and make recommendations for actions to further promote learning and drive impact; Maintain and improve our LMS web interface with appropriate graphic designs. Instructional Design Participate in the conception of learning programs (face-to-face, digital, blended) by drafting storyboards, content, and materials based on defined briefs; Define standards and templates for factory-based training by gathering and analyzing existing materials and making suggestions for improvements; Design and produce e-learning, video and motion design digital assets, including storyboarding, video recording, editing, subtitles injection Produce various graphic assets based on the Learning Solutions team needs. Marketing and Communications of Learning Offers Lead the production of our monthly Learning newsletter (prepare content, graphic designs) Create materials to drive the communication and engagement of key global learning programs, including global learning campaigns, functional academies, management programs. Department Project Management Be the PMO for the Learning Solutions team by managing our Kanban of projects and organizing our digital files; In time, lead the weekly team stand-up to review all tasks in progress and protect our agile approach. Your profile : Bachelor in Human Resources or other field, with a specific interest in Learning Understanding of fundamental instructional design principles, and an interest to learn more Knowledge and practice of Graphic design and visual identity creation Familiarity with agile methods of project management Strong level of English in writing and speaking. Self organized and able to adhere to set timelines Autonomy and ability to gather information by him/herself. Sense of initiative will be greatly appreciated Able to communicate with Nexans experts and managers globally MS Applications including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Word. Knowledge of Adobe creative cloud suite (Premiere Pro, After effect, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition) Video recording capability, photo editing and motion design capability Extras: Ability to learn, use and administer Learning management/experience platforms (Cornerstone) Html / CSS, MJML
