As part of the portfolio, their Central Reservation System (CRS), offering Hoteliers Shopping and Booking Services, is used by IHG and soon joined by more customers. Your main responsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager, you will lead and support a team dedicated to enhancing and evolving the Central Reservation System platform.Your role will involve setting and executing the product strategy, driving product investment vision, and delivering customer-centric solutions to support the expansion of our community product offerings. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering product enhancements, managing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning Define and execute the product vision and strategy, translating it into a comprehensive product roadmap.Source and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers to drive continuous business impact.Conduct customer research to inform product features and enhance customer satisfaction.Product Development Oversee the creation of business requirements for product development, ensuring alignment with client needs.Collaborate with engineering teams to drive technical projects and prioritize features effectively.Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with development efforts.Product Management Organization Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance and motivation.Build a cohesive product management organization, focusing on common goals and day-to-day execution.Product Lifecycle Management Gather and prioritize market and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.Work closely with solution and R&D teams to achieve business case objectives.About our Ideal CandidateAt least 10 years of experience in a multinational management or product area, with product management and hotel industry experience.Experience in team and product management.Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.Profound knowledge of the hospitality industry;

providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, strategy.An excellent knowledge of the hotel distribution landscape and concepts including Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems a plus.Professional proficiency in English and French.
