To supervise CGNEE wind and solar farms, we are looking for an operation controller to join our Operation and Maintenance department. The main tasks will be the real-time monitoring of our production sites (wind and solar) and remote resolutions of operational issues. You will also have to ensure compliance with the intervention protocols and follow the key performance indicators of our sites.Site Monitoring:Monitor wind and solar farms, alarms, curtailment, malfunctions and breakdowns all over EuropeCall supervision: Monitor and manage the on-site interventions (log-in and log-off with collect of relevant maintenance information)Monitor and plan interventions with the grid manager ((DSO, TSO)Communicate and trigger interventions with OEM and CGNEE asset managers through operation notification ordersOptimise the week ahead maintenance plan taking into account, wind forecast, market price, and human constraintDiagnosis and remote problem solving of communication issue, breakdown, grid failure…Compliance with protocols and safety rulesControl access authorizationsShare information with the HSE team, project managers and subcontractorsAbility to manage emergency situationsPerformance indicator tracking:Management and event allocation on our Monitoring systemReport and transfer communication problemsCollect and report about operational statistics (major outages and component failures, communication failures…)Other tasksAssist the OCC team leader and the leader of the department for reporting and statistical analysis tasksData quality control and downloadMonitor of power curves, temperature and key operating indicatorsParticipate to on-call duty during the weekend and CGNEE bank daysSuggest some optimization of the process, OCC procedures and the toolsOne of the main contacts within the department for support about our second layer scada web platform and OEM scada systems).You will be working in a team which commit to integrate a new 24/7 monitoring system and organization. As consequences, working hours can be flexible and during the night.Qualifications:Engineering school, bachelor’s or master’s degree in renewable Projects, Data Science or specific related academicals background (Physics, mechanics…).Work experience as dispatcher within an OEM or a DSO, TSO, another industry like nuclearExcellent team player, goal-orientated, dynamic, curiousA quick learner and willing to solve problemExcellent verbal communicationHave the fundamentals in wind and solar technology knowledge.Understanding of the main stakeholders and their interactions in the wind and solar industry.Data analytics, good computer skills, and interest in the discovery of new tools.Understand health and safety processesFluent in French and EnglishSalary range : Starting from 50K/year (allowance included)
