As part of the FP&A Team within the Finance Department, you will contribute to structuring the Group FP&A by automating processes, building KPIs, improving reliability of financial data and ensuring that the deadlines are met .

Your responsibilities will include the following, for which you should already have experience with:

  • Navigate accounting and ERP systems to collect data.
  • Reconciliate and check the retrieved data, ensuring its consistency/completeness.
  • Import, manipulate, and analyse large amounts of operational data with Excel.
  • Standardize and automate reports with Excel, using basic/advance formulas.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures.

Your responsibilities will include the following, for which it is not necessary that you already have experience with. We can provide specific training and onboarding!

  • Financial statement modelling, Budget preparation and variance analysis, Revenue forecasting to help drive decision-making for management.
  • Partner closely with wide range of entities, countries and other teams within the Questel group to gain in relevance in the analyses.
  • Interpret data, build usable dashboards, scorecards, and other analytics.
  • Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, expenses, gross margin.
  • Prepare presentations for Questel leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Work on FP&A transverse projects on demand and proactively contribute to the FP&A team’s development.

The perfect match

  • 3-5 years’ experience in accounting

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Knowledge in Business intelligence and CRM tools is highly appreciated. :

  • Experience in tools implementation/migration is highly appreciated. :

  • Fluent in English

  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Rigorous, detail oriented and organized personality.

  • Highly motivated and striving for continuous improvement and optimisation.

  • Ability to be pragmatic, diplomatic and yet persistent in the implementation of controls and resolution of identified control deficiencies
