Our mission is to partner with innovative leaders to craft the most impactful M&A operations in Europe.We are seeking talented, motivated, and tech-savvy M&A Analyst with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our diverse team in Paris at our office overlooking the Opera. Your Role: As an M&A Analyst at Matin Partners, you will: 1. Contribute to Deal Crafting: - Generate and manage outbound deal flow.- Develop qualitative, thorough, and compelling teasers.- Assist in the creation of comprehensive investment memos.- Participate in detailed financial analysis.- Support the development of post-merger strategies.- Manage and facilitate data rooms. 2. Help Matin Become a European Business Leader in Cybersecurity & AI: - Conduct in-depth sector and technological research on the Cybersecurity & AI markets.- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends.- Engage with the tech community by participating in industry events. Your Profile: We are looking for candidates who:- Are Financially Savvy: You have a strong grasp of financial concepts and can easily make sense of any balance sheet. - Are Technologically Curious: You have a deep interest in new technologies, start-ups, and the evolving tech landscape. Especially Cyber and AI.
