CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING SPECIALIST JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES Execution of the Legal and Management Consolidation, and Reporting process of the SABIC International Holdings Group, consisting of 130+ legal entities in 3 regions, and the SABIC Capital group, consisting of 3 legal entities (together known as Rest of World/RoW). Analyses and Review of the Group Legal and Management reporting packages submitted to Head Office for consolidation purposes. Providing oversight and guidance to the Accounting Services community regarding the material accounting entries, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations for RoW Group. Maintain the RoW group Chart of Accounts. Preparation of the quarterly reporting package for Senior management in KSA analyzing and explaining the major drivers of the Legal and Management results on a quarterly basis. Consolidation process: Manage timely monthly, quarterly and annual the international consolidation process by legal entity within the RoW group consisting of 130+ legal entities and the profit center consolidation (PCC) process. Prepare monthly Consolidations for Corporate Finance HQ submission. Execute monthly reconciliation of the PCC outcome with the legal/statutory consolidation and the internal reporting by the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. Analytical Review and oversight: Review elimination process and review and analyze group-reporting submissions prepared by Accounting Services. Initiate corrective feedback related to the financials of the legal entities (eg incorrect movement schedules). Provide detailed analytics of ROW balance sheet and Income statement on a monthly/quarterly basis with a special focus on the regions. Address all Corporate Finance review questions and queries. Executive reporting: Prepare high quality monthly/quarterly executive reporting deck, providing analyses of Legal entity and Management results, unusuals and monthly, quarterly and annual trends. External and Internal audit support: Provide quarterly and annually requested audit support to external and internal auditors addressing accounting queries and back-up documentation on all material accounting transactions. Preparation of Financial statements: Support the preparation of Annual consolidated Financial statements of SABIC International Holdings and SABIC Capital (3) and several other smaller financial statements where required. Provide support to Accounting Services in Financial statement preparation providing templates and guidance on reporting Corporate projects and ad hoc tasks : Manage and provide requested input in all Corporate Finance driven projects regarding general ledger, Chart of accounts, remapping, SAP systems, convergence projects and other ad-hoc requests. Request are unplanned with high time pressure on timely delivery. MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS -

Bachelor+/Academic degree in Finance / Accounting or business education preferred. -

Approx. 10 years of professional experience in finance roles (focus on complex accounting). -

5+ years financial group reporting experience, in a complex multi-entity environment. -

Experience in working with SAP (SAP Finance, SAP BPC). -

Minimum of 5+ years managing periodic detailed consolidations processes -

Strong accounting knowledge of the consolidation, intercompany, investments and elimination process. -

Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS. -
